Small building works

Everything from replacing a ceiling to knocking out walls to create a new living area and deck. Most of these jobs cost between $5,000 and $150,000.

Repairs and maintenance

We can work with you or your property manager on an ongoing basis to repair and maintain your investment properties, ensuring they retain their value.

Larger construction

This includes major renovations and extensions as well as new builds. These larger jobs are handled by our parent company Open Plan Living and range in price from $150,000 to $5 million.

Building design, interior design and landscape design

We work with carefully selected architects, designers and horticulturists who can discuss your ideas and plans and then create anything from draft sketches to DA-ready plans and then full working drawings.

DA plans and management

Taking an idea for your home through to council-approved plans can be a daunting task and we are able to help guide you through the process and put you in touch with the various professionals who may need to be involved (depending on the size and scope of the project). These may include but are not limited to a surveyor, architect/designer/draftsperson, structural engineer, hydraulic engineer. We charge by the hour for this service.

Real estate agents, property and strata managers

We can work with you on a regular and ongoing basis to perform maintenance and repairs on all types of properties. We are also experienced in undertaking improvements on common property in strata situations. When the time comes to sell a property we can work with you on makeovers to quickly improve the value of the property and also talk to potential buyers about possible alterations and additions.
